Each quickclamp assembly includes two weld flanges and a threaded collar with a silicone o-ring. Each unit is CNC machined and pressure tested to ensure a perfect product that is easy to use and reliable for years to come. Every 6061 aluminum quickclamp assembly is capable of maintaining an operational temperature of 550F. Because we utlized a positive fit design, there is no hassles with alignment , fitment or installation and removal.
